Our History

Duct Dynasty was founded in June 2016, but our roots go back much further. The previous business, Indoor Weather, was established in April 1980 as a family-owned and operated company. After nearly 40 years in the trade, Indoor Weather’s owner, Jack Hoskin, was ready to retire. Brian Burnette, after serving proudly in the United States Marine Corps, had been a highly respected employee of Indoor Weather for 12 years and built his expertise in the trade. He saw the opportunity to continue Indoor Weather’s trademark integrity and high-quality workmanship, and so he bought the business, bringing Duct Dynasty to life.

Another tradition that Brian maintained is involving his family in the business; his sister and two sons have also joined the company. Today, Duct Dynasty continues to operate from the same building where Jack started Indoor Weather over 45 years ago, and we’re still serving the great people of San Diego County with the best quality HVAC installation and maintenance services.

Looking ahead, we’re focused on growing and adapting to meet the increasing industry challenges, but we’ll never lose sight of our traditions and reputation of provide top-quality HVAC services to our community.
